
Born in 1923, CSKA Moscow is the Army multisports club. Besides basketball team, it include soccer, 5-man soccer, ice-hockey, male and female volleyball and handball teams. PBC CSKA Moscow, the basketball team, is one of the most prestigious and winning European club: they won 24 times the Soviet Championship and 21 the Russian one, plus they won 6 times the Euroleague and 5 times the VTB League. At youth level, CSKA won 3 times the Euroleague Junior Tournament (2004, 2005, 2006) and 2 times VTBYouth United League (2013 and 2015), plus 6 Under 17 Russian Championships (2004, 2005, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2013) and one Under 22 (2013).
