Alejandro Serrano

The youngest Michelin Star Chef in Spain, awarded by Forbes magazine as one of the most promising under 30s in the Iberian peninsula.

At the age of 24, he won his first Michelin star and was consecrated as the youngest starred chef in Spain, after only one year of opening. Growing up in the family restaurant in Miranda de Ebro, a Spanish municipality in the autonomous community of Castile and León, in the province of Burgos, Alejandro is a talented chef with great creativity.

After gaining experience in prestigious restaurants such as Azurmendi with Chef Eneko Atxa, DiverXo with the histrionic Dabiz Muñoz and Coque with Mario Sandoval, Alejandro decides open his own restaurant in his hometown, proposing a menu linked to his land.

Thanks to his personal style and the support of a very young brigade, Serrano has conquered, just one year after opening, the star of the prestigious Michelin Guide and a sun from the Repsol Guide.
