Italian wines showcased at Taipei Garden Hotel with more than 30 Taiwan journalists.
Focus on Italian wines at Prime One, the top restaurant inside 5 Star Hotel Taipei Garden in Taipei (Taiwan). Italian Michelin Star Chef Errico Recanati (from Andreina Restaurant in Loreto, Marche), brings a breath of culinary tradition Central-Italy Marche region (the "cicerchia", typical legume, and olive oil from monocultivar "Tenera Ascolana").
Errico's menù is paired with fine Italian wines by Conti di Buscareto (Marche), Conte Ferdinando Guicciardini (Tuscany), De Stefani (Veneto), Solatione (Tuscany).
